    How to Order?
    If you want to order an item from MoniqueArt.net please use the Order form, where you can fill in the following details: your full name, phone number, email address, postal address and product codes.

    Shipping Charges
    Unless stated otherwise, the delivery costs are stated at time of purchase. Monique Art is able to arrange carriage of our products to most international addresses and will always seek to use the most cost effective service insofar as this does not affect the quality of service. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. At peak periods deliveries may take slightly longer.

    Who Ships My Order?
    We use An Post and Fastway couriers to delivery all orders. On occasion, An Post may not use your regular postman to deliver your order as it may be their courier service. Delivery times are between 9am – 5pm. Please note, as we do not deliver the orders ourselves please do not request that your parcel is left under the hedge round the back as we cannot ask the courier to do this and for security reasons cannot write any messages on the package. Thank you.

    For all other destinations we use different courier companies depending on the country. To find out the courier company for your locality please email customer service quoting your order number and we will reply with the relevant information and tracking number.

    How Do I Know When My Order Has Been Shipped?
    Once we have shipped your order you will receive an email to the email address you provided on your registration form. You should expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days of this (Republic of Ireland only). If you do not receive your order within this timeframe please contact us directly.

    We guarantee the quality of all our products. If you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to refund items that are returned to us within 7 days of delivery, in the same condition that it was received and with the tags still attached.

    In case of returning or exchanging items the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.

    Contact details
    Please make sure you provide a valid, active email address and telephone number when you register as we will use these details to contact you should there be any issues with your order or to arrange delivery.

    Delivery address
    Please provide us with a clear, valid delivery address. If there are any special instructions regarding delivery please indicate this in the special instructions box.

    Dispatch
    We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of order. Weekends and bank holidays may be slower. We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. If for some reason an item is out of stock we will e-mail you immediately.

    Additional information
    Due to the handmade quality of our products, there will be slight variations from what you see on the screen to what you receive.

    Stock shortages
    We aim to keep accurate records of stock on the website but if your item is no longer in stock we will contact you with details of when you can expect your order to arrive. You can, of course, choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time.

    How do I pay?
    The fastest way to pay a product is by clicking the Pay Now button. PayPal is the preferred payment method for most Internet buyers and sellers. PayPal lets you send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. PayPal offers these advantages:

    – Payment is convenient and immediate. You pay right from the listing page and your payment is deposited directly into the seller’s account.
